How often is the supported model list updated?
With almost every release. New models, loaders and operations are added regularly — the update log shows what arrived in each build.
My model is not listed. Will it be added?
Possibly. Coverage expands continuously, particularly for MTK, Qualcomm and Unisoc platforms. There is no guaranteed timeline for a specific model.
Does UnlockTool support iPhone and iPad?
Yes, since v2026.08.02.0 — but only on A12/A13 chips via boot ramdisk: iPhone 11 / 11 Pro / 11 Pro Max, iPhone XS / XS Max / XR, iPhone SE 2020, and iPad Air 3, mini 5, 8 and 9. These operations need a PWND device (USBLiter8 with RP2350) plus the matching ramdisk file. Newer chips are not supported.
Do all operations work on every supported device?
No. Available operations vary by model, chipset, firmware and security patch level. Always verify the specific operation for your exact model.
Which chipsets are covered?
On Android: MediaTek (MTK), Qualcomm and Unisoc/Spreadtrum, plus Samsung Exynos models on supported operations. On Apple: A12 and A13 only, via boot ramdisk.
What can UnlockTool do on a supported iPhone?
Backup and restore passcode, read account, read hardware info, read iOS version, factory reset and hidden account. It is a servicing feature set, not an iCloud bypass.
