Choose a username you will keep

Your username is permanent and licenses bind to it. Use lowercase letters and numbers, avoid spaces and special characters, and write it down exactly as entered.

Use a working email address

Account confirmations, resets and notices go to this address. A mistyped email is the most common reason people lose access later.

Set a strong password

Store it in a password manager. Support cannot recover a password for you — only the account's own reset flow can.

Confirm and verify

Complete any email verification step, then log in once to confirm the account works before placing an order.

Order your activation

Enter the exact username at checkout. Copy and paste it rather than typing it — a single wrong character delays delivery.
